I wish I could perform more than one task at the same time". This answer has a number of benefits: - Your answer is smarter than the question. - It doesn't get you into the trap of being specific. You HAVE fully answered the question. It is unlikely that the interviewer will ask any follow-up questions. - It demonstrates a sense of humor which is a good quality for a team member. - It demonstrates your right attitude. The answer like "I don't know" would demonstrate you tendency to reject things you're not familiar or comfortable with (read: seemingly stupid question). This right answer shows that you are open for cooperation with your team leader/member even if something in this job can be unpleasant for you.
